        A yes, the truck will be more leveledIn order to figure out how much lift you need to level please take existing measurements from center of the wheel hub to the bottom of the fender.         A those 0-1'' rear shocks will be good

        A They are not for factory air suspension.They are for trucks with oem coil spring suspension

        A This coil is only 10% stronger than stock Yes you will need longer shocks
