      2. I have a 2013 f150 2wd with front 3" level strut spacers. What setting on these 5100's is best? I am guessing the lowest setting would be correct so as to not raise the truck more.. Thanks guys!

      A you are right, lowest setting if keeping struts on their place
      3. Can these be put in a truck that already has 5" of lift? Is it saying it'll lift the vehicle between 0-2.5 inches, or that the vehicle can only currently be lifted between 0 and 2'5 inches?
