When undertaking 4×4 remote area travel, the need to carry sufficient fuel, water, vehicle spares and safety equipment invariably means that your 4WD will be fully loaded, placing a lot of strain on suspension components. - A No This spring cannot be used with Bilstein 4600 series shocks. Since the Bilstein 4600 series shocks are designed for only stock lift (0")So I have a 2010 Jeep Liberty with a 2.5 inch spacer in the front. Can this lift work with that spacer and give me that additional 1-1.5 inch lift to equal it out around 3 inches total?

The seals on the shock will eventually go back and end up with horrible ride quality. These spring will give you roughly 3” lift total.A This spring will give you around 2.5 lift alone
