We have put together a complete kit for tackling the toughest trails. This kit is not a leveling kit, but designed with strength and maximum performance in mind.

Includes:

  • 25001-133 (old: 25001-278) or 25001-243 – King Front 2.5 Remote Reservoir Coilovers (part # changes depending on KDSS options)

  • Revtek Diff Drop Kit – Front Differential Drop Kit **Recommended for lifted 4×4 FJ’s and 4Runners
  • ARB/OME 2″ Rear Coils
  • TC 96504 Total Chaos Uniball upper control arms
    • 4130 chromoly tubular upper control arms are 100% bolt on and hand crafted in the U.S.A.
    • CNC machined slug adapters press into the spindle and convert the factory ball joint to a 1″ uniball for added component strength & maximum wheel travel.
    • Total Chaos includes 1″ I.D. uniballs that feature a heat treated stainless steel ball & heat treated stainless steel race for maximum corrosion resistance and component longevity. These uniball’s also features a military grade PTFE woven fabric liner that helps prevent noise.
    • Custom profile upper and lower hi-misalignment spacers maximize droop wheel travel and are machined from heat treated 17-4 stainless steel. The lower hi-misalignment spacer registers into the slug adapter for maximum strength.
    • Upper control arms combined with extended length coil over shocks will allow for up to 1″ of additional wheel travel.
    • Urethane bushings reduce bushing deflection compared to stock rubber bushings.
    • Control arm pivots include zerk fittings to grease the urethane bushings & inner sleeves without disassembly.
    • 2 stage powder coat process includes a durable clear coat to provide a long lasting finish.
    • Complete grade 8 hardware kit is included.

Q. What size tires can I run on stock wheels with the 3″ kit?
We have not tested every wheel/tire size on these trucks, but 265/70/17 tires will fit the 4Runner on stock wheels.

Q. What size tires can I run on a 17×8″ wheel?
With 4″ or 4.5″ back spacing we have several trucks running 285/70/17 tires, but they may rub on the front depending on wheel width, and back spacing. We do not guarantee any tire/ wheel fitment and recommend you have your tire dealer install and “test fit” any wheel tire combination you are considering

        A These wheels will fit without rubbing:Rim*  8" Tire Width* 12" Tire* 32.5" Backspace* 4.5"Bigger tires may require some trimming. Also precise caster/camber adjustment and body lift may help

        A Hi Typically, the installation of such a kit takes 4-8 hours, depending on the workshop equipment and the mechanic's experience. How long it will take from you depends on how your workshop is equipped and how much time you have for it. In a nutshell, this is not a complex set and in principle it is not difficult to install
        6. I have a 2019 4Runner with the 3rd row seating. I regularly keep 50 lbs worth of gear in back, along with a Hi-Lift jack mounted on the roof. I occasionally tow a side-by-side and/of have six people as cargo. But, I am normally alone in it. I am town between the regular and HD rear springs. Advice?

        A You would be fine with the regular. If you go HD, you'll probably get a little extra lift out of them which will in turn make it look like your rear end is much higher than the front unless you adjust the preload on the coilovers. If you planned on putting on an aftermarket bumper, then I would consider the HD springs. That is unless of course you want the extra lift. You'll likely get close to 3" out of those as opposed to 2" with the regular.

        A The rear will sit a little higher than the front but when you have gear, it will sag and will be more level. If you really want to level it, you can adjust the preload of the coilovers increasing their ride height or you could add a shim on top of them. If you add a shim, you'll want extended bolts too. Adjusting the ride height too high may cause a rougher ride.

        A There is a small spacer in the shock shaft, that when removed, gives you .25" more travel at the shock, which equates to 1/2" at the wheel. This is per Jason Gonzalez, lead sales at King Shocks.
