- Must have reinforcement for anyone who wants to play in the dirt!
- Strengthens spindle uprights and prevents the knuckle from damage during hard impacts. 1/8″ prebent laser cut mild steel brackets.
- Retains the factory sway bar and includes an additional steering arm gusset. Welding and grinding are required to install.
- Trucks running factory back spacing wheels must run wheel spacers.
- Factory spindles are forged, not cast and gussets can be MIG or TIG welded directly to them.
- Sold as a pair.

FJ Cruiser 2012 4x4. I'm going from OEM tires and wheels to 285/70r17 and Icon Rebound Pro's. In preparation for the heavier combo (around lbs) I'm planning on the spindle reinforcement. The OEM distance between tire and spinde is small. In your experience the wider tires and reinforcement has asked for the use of wheel spacers to clear the reinforcement? Thanks for your time.

can't tell for sure, maybe new wheels will be ok maybe not, can require some trimming or wheel spacers
tires test fitment first recommendedA Ok. I'm gonna wing it and cross my fingers. I hope spacers won't be needed, don't like them too much. But, that's the price of modding, I guess. Thanks again for your answer. Luis
