        A Yes, the front bumper on a 1st gen Tacoma and a 3rd gen 4Runner are pretty much identical. It will fit.

        A Yes, the bumper will fit. Please keep in mind, that the front will become heavier and will sit slightly lower. If you want to keep your lift height, a bit more stronger coils or something other can be required - it'll depend on the lift kits already installed on your truck. Ecpecially if you are planning to install a winch in future - it'll also add weight.
