      A It may fit by mountings but it was not designed for 4Runner/ Manufacturer advertises it for Tacoma only

      12. I have an '04 Tacoma 4WD, Would I need a diff drop kit to go along with these coilovers? Would there be any adverse affects to my stock ball joints/other suspension with this much lift too? Thanks for any help!

      A The diff drop kit is recommended when exceeding the 1.5'' of front lift to increase cv axles life. You can use this setup without diff drop kit if having much front additional weight (such as ahtermarked reinforced bumper and winch) that'll make your front sit slightly lower.       A No you cannot due to the fact that the 2nd gen 4runners have a torsion bar style suspension and don't use coil springs
