My concerns is that the Rear Shocks are supposed to be different for the Left& Right sides? I believe the length may be different from side to side? Is this correct for these Shocks? Thanks, Jarvis

Excellent product and one of the few sources that sell pre-assembled struts with coils. Was shipped 1 of 2 wrong rear shocks that delayed my installation and had some confusion regarding the return. It was annoying at best, but it was straightened out with significant time on my part.
Installation of fully assembled front struts was not as easy as indicated by YouTube videos. "You might need a second person to assist" is an understatement where a 4-foot crow bar and a second person was needed to compress the spring enough to line up the bolt.
I purposely wanted to stay stock, but alignment tech informed me that my Tacoma was raised 1.5 inches. I'm still ok with this and it rides great.

Installed these on my 98 tacoma, after 6,000 miles was looking to rotate my tires & found out that my front tires are already ruined. The tread is already lumpy. I had the previous exact tires last me about 5 years & over 30-40 thousand miles on my previous old suspension. You won't see the damage until after the
1-warranty expires unless you travel a ton of miles in that year.

I told SUSPENSIONLIFTS.COM I had paid for an ALIGNMENT & balance. Mechanic said bad shocks will ruin tires. SUSPENSIONLIFTS.COM said, "Uneven tire wear can ONLY be caused by either no or bad alignment. They either didn’t do it or didn’t do it correctly"

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the tire wear issue. It's essential to get an alignment after any suspension modification to ensure even tire wear. Please reach out if you need any further assistance!

Purchased these for a 2003 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off road 2WD as a completely assembled set vs. just the shocks and going through the hassle of removing and reinstalling the old springs( like I did last time). They shipped the parts promptly (rear first the front a week later after assembly). The packaging was really well done - especially on the front assembled units. Installation was a breeze this time with the pre-assembled front units. Truck rides great again and the ride height was level all around.

It's rare these days to find a company that exceeds your expectations, but SuspensionLifts.com did. I installed these on a 2000 Tacoma SR5, 3.4L 6 Lug. Everything on this truck was stock. The install was relatively easy. The most difficult part is getting the front lower control arms low enough to accommodate the lower strut attachment. It did lift the front end slightly, but I expect that the springs will settle down after 500 miles, or so. and will be at about factory height.
I hesitated to purchase these at first because of reviews stating processing times, (build times) taking 7 days and then 3 days shipping times on top of that. I finally went ahead. I had the coil overs the next day., and the rear shocks a couple of days after that. I think some of the reviews I read were from the Covid period when everything was slow.
I also had some payment issues, which were really not the fault of SuspensionLifts.com, but Visa. Even though it was Visa's problem SuspensionLifts.com took care of it. In my opinion their customer service is great. We communicated only by email and I never waited long for a response. Most companies I've delt with by email I've waited days for replies.
If you have concerns about ordering through them, put them aside.

Received the rear shocks in a couple of days. The coil over assemblies took a couple of weeks but no complaints here, I ordered a week before the Christmas/New Year holidays. The Bilstein 4600and moog coils have to be assembled by them
They're customer service iwas awesome, any concerns I had were quickly addressed, instilling confidence. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.
