        A In order to figure out how much lift you need to level please take existing measurements from center of the wheel hub to the bottom of the fender. Difference between front and rear is how much lift you need to level. https://www.suspensionlifts.com/level.pngusually 5100 for the front and rear blocks or add a leafs are used

        A rear 5100 ao 5160 series will we better for towing
        3. Can I just install the 4600 rear shocks for my 2018 Tundra since I do a lot of RV trailer towing in Spring and Summer? Are 4600 the best choice or other?

        A It will fit on your 2018 Tundra if you have stock lift. But if you want to compensate for the sag from towing a trailer, then you will need to use stiffer springs, but this will degrade the ride quality without a trailer.
